Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹[insert amount]. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days—your box ships via India Post or courier and typically arrives within 7–10 business days.
Express Shipping
Need it faster? Choose express shipping via (DHL/Blue Dart/FedEx). Processing is the same (3–5 business days), but delivery happens in 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping — $20
We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via EMS, DHL, or a comparable international courier. Delivery timelines and costs vary by destination—typically 2–4 weeks. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or any other charges upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive your tracking number once your box is dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions

For international deliveries, please be aware: if a package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees.

Because every “Boxish Balance” box is uniquely curated with a blend of fantasy literature and hand-selected wellness items, all sales are considered final. This ensures the exclusivity and integrity of each box, allowing us to maintain the highest quality standards for our community. We kindly ask customers to make thoughtful purchases, as we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it enters our fast-moving fulfillment process. While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate your request if you contact us immediately after purchase. We recommend reaching out within the same day for the best chance of halting the order before it ships.
Delayed Orders
If any delays occur—due to production issues, shipping backlog, or customs—you’ll be notified promptly. In such cases, we may offer a cancellation/refund option before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your box as delivered but you didn't receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 7 business days after the delivery date and we’ll help arrange a replacement (when stock allows). Replacement shipping fees may apply.
